Codes of conduct and practice

Matthew Totton works to the General Code of Conduct in Schedule 2 to the Health Complaints Act 2016 (Vic). If you live in Western Australia, the Australian Capital Territory or Queensland, the fitness code of that State or Territory applies as the State Schedule to the Coaching Agreement says. Each section below says whose law it is. We link to the official copy of each code, published by the government that made it, so you always read the current version. If anything on this page differs from the official text, the official text applies.

We last checked every link and version on 5 November 2026. If a link does not work for you, email hello@fitlyapp.net and we help you get a copy.
